What is your zip code? I would like to order your 2009 calendar. I lived in Osceola from 1938 to 1943 when my father and brother joined the Merchant Marines. We operated the Commercial Hotel. When gasoline was rationed during WWII our business suffered. Both my brotherand father stayed in the Merchant Marines after the war until they retired. They are both dead now. I am the only one of my generation in my family still living ,as far as I know. My maiden name is Lenora Lou Runyen. I have been married twice and have 3 children, 4 step children, 17 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. I have lived in California, Illinois, New jersey, New York, Maine and now back to California. I am now 81. I wonder how many of my classmates are still living in Osceola? I am still corresponding and visiting 2 of  my High School friends from California. My address is Lenora F. Brown. 406 B Avenida Castilla, Laguna woods, CA.  92637. Phone 949-206-1039. lenorabrown@comline.com.h  P.s. I found the zip code. thanks any way. Do you still have a newspaper in town? There were 2 when we lived there-- the Democrat paper and the Republican paper.

I would like to know the exact hours you are open.  My cousin and I are planning a trip to Osceola the last week of June, first week of July (June 29 thru July 3).  Can someone please let me know ASAP.

A few of the names I am researching are: AKINS, Boring, Dorrell, Duke, Gray, Hammond, Harkrader, Harper, HOPPER, McLERRAN, Rooks, SMALLWOOD, Wicks, etc.

Do you have obituaries there?  Cemeteries books?  What is available for us to research?

Thanks and have a great day!
